Our team of experts carried out extensive research and interpretation of national legislation to develop the custom compliance framework. This involved working closely with our client and their contractors, whose brown and greenfield work was associated with the expansion of existing facilities.

Our team designed, developed and implemented a consenting Licence to Operate (LtO) management system to support achieving, and subsequently maintaining, regulatory approvals for compliant commissioning, start-up and operation of a new pan-European gas pipeline.

This was a long-standing engagement to design, develop and support the implementation of a sustainability management and reporting assurance system. The system included a wide range of social, biodiversity, water, air quality, noise, waste and sustainable resource consumption issues. Monthly, quarterly and annual reports were prepared.

We developed labour management policies and practices to support a complex greenfield and existing mining development in Europe.

Our team conducted an initial baseline assessment of biodiversity and water stewardship for a new greenfield mine development.

Our client needed support for a transformational, €1 billion new mine, in an area with important and sensitive biodiversity and water resources, as well as a history of community relationship and regulatory challenges.
