Client: A cross-European energy infrastructure operator
The brief and what we did: Our team designed, developed and implemented a consenting Licence to Operate (LtO) management system to support achieving, and subsequently maintaining, regulatory approvals for compliant commissioning, start-up and operation of a new pan-European gas pipeline.
The outcome: The system we developed for our client provided:
- Materiality assessment, supporting activity and a site screening tool to identify applicable reporting requirements and to guide an existing enterprise risk management system
- A mechanism for verification and reporting of compliance
- A corporate LtO management procedure and training and coaching of in-country teams on the implementation of the system
